Three Tree Hotel – Guest Terms & Conditions
By checking in or making a booking, the guest (undersigned) affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Right of Admission
- Management reserves the right of admission and may, at its discretion, remove any guest who fails to comply with hotel policies. No recourse or claims may be made in such cases.
2. Payment & Cancellations
- All guests are required to settle payment in full upon check-in, unless otherwise arranged.
- No refunds will be given for early departures.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the arrival date will be charged in full.
- Guests already on the premises cannot cancel the remaining days of their stay without penalty and will be charged for at least the next day.
- Long-term guests benefiting from special rates or discounts will forfeit them if the full reserved period is not honored.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
- Late Check-Outs (without prior arrangement) will incur a fee or an additional night’s charge.
- Early Check-Ins may be accommodated upon availability, at the same fee.
4. Room Occupancy
- Standard Room: Maximum 2 Adults + 1 child (under 12).
- For more than two adults, a Twin Room or two separate rooms must be booked.
5. Children Policy
- Children aged 12 and under stay free, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.
- The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the child’s conduct and safety.
6. Damages, Negligence & Conduct
- Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by negligence (e.g., leaving taps open).
- Keys must be left at Reception when leaving the property for maintenance purposes.
- Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times and comply with staff requests.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Three Tree Hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or injuries unless caused directly by the negligence of the hotel’s employees or agents.
- Guests are advised to safeguard their personal belongings.
8. Parking
- Parking is available and monitored, but guests park at their own risk.
9. Conservation Responsibility
- Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity.
- Any misuse or wasteful behavior may result in charges for damages or penalties.
10. Long-Term Stays
- Long-term guests must either pay upfront or be covered by an official company booking/order.
- The guest in this case is considered an agent of the company they represent.
11. Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless prior arrangements are made with Management.
